I contacted this company on July 9 and discussed them shipping my 07 altima on an open carrier from Los Angeles to Atlanta, I told them I would not have an exact date until I returned from my trip to Atlanta to find a place to live and that I would be back around 7/24, and asked if I changed my mind if I could get the $199.00 deposit I paid back, they said yes. By the time I got back from Atlanta, they had booked a pick up for between 8/4 and 8/5 and when I called them to tell them these dates would not work and what I had told them when I initially paid the deposit they told me that they could not give me a refund because they had booked it. I was then switched to the original sales person who was supposed to call me back in an hour that was almost a week ago and I am still waiting. I have called and always given the run around never able to speak to anyone and forget getting a return call if you leave a message. The last person I spoke to was just plain rude. I have contacted my bank and filed a dispute claim.
