My experience was the worst I have ever had, Dash auto movers misrepresented themselves, they told me it would take 3 to 5 days to deliver my car. I paid a depoit of $318.00 when the carrier did contact me he told me that it would be 3 to 4 weeks befor got my car, and that DASH knew this when they took my order. Being that I was only going to be in Boston for 6 weeks what would be the point of transporting my car. At this point I contacted evryone I could at this company everyone had a different story not to mention a bad attitude ( Kristine was the worst). Needless to say they refused to give my deposit back. So the lie that they told me to get me to agree to go with them cost me 318.00. So if you choose to transport your car DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! GO straight to a carrier. Dash is a broker. I did learn that. I reported them to the B.B.B., and also wrote an add for the Palm Beach Post, Boston Tribune, N.Y. Times. I might not get my 318.00 back but if one person chooses not to use this company I feel better!!!
