From the start of the whole ordeal communication was difficult. I asked for the name of the driver and phone number, I was given the Name of the driver but the phone number was completely wrong. I like most other people want to know what is going on with their vehicle. It took me several days to get the correct phone number. Soon as I received the right phone number I contacted the driver (by this time the pick up was 2 days late) to find out what was going on. He told me he was stuck in Canada due to weather, I thought well OK thats fine. I asked him when he would be able to pick up the car. He told me noon the next day. Which I was fine with but he had a bit of a poor attitude the whole time. We were told after the car was picked up it would take 7 to 10 days to get to Alabama. I had no problem with that. So on day 8 I contacted the long haul driver to find out where they were. They told me they would be a couple more days. The on day ten I called them again, Still a coupld days away. A couple days later I call again and the driver told me that he would be here at 6p.m. So I waited for 2 hours and he did not show up. So we called him again, He tells me that he will be here in 45 minutes he was trying to find Johnson street (we don't have a Johnson street), So then we asked where is your exact location he said 45 minutes just out side of Mobile,Al. Mobile is a 3 and a half hour drive from here. We preceeded to tell him he was not even close, we told him where we were and he said he will be on the way shortly. We told him to just come tomorrow morning. But the driver just presisted to come that night and said he would call when he got here. 235 a.m. the next morning we have a phone call your car is here. We go out and inspect the car and it is still in good shape but really dirty, which has to be expected in a open trailer. After talking to the driver for a little while. He tells us that the dispatchers do not keep in good contact with them and plan times for them they cannot meet. I think they need to get their act together when you pay over a $1000 you should get better service and customer relations. I would not recommend them to anyone EVER.
