Gilbert's customer service is why I went with Dash. I had eliminated Dash as my carrier until the other guys were not customer friendly. Gilbert was awesome, period. He quickly made all the correct arrangements for a weekend move and got the job booked that day. Without him, this would not have been an easy move. Without your reps, your company doesn't get business and they should be paid and treated as such.

As for the mover, my classic 1965 car arrived unharmed and the transportation unit was very clean. Unfortunately, the driver left the keys in the ignition and the car was completely dead upon arrival. On the positive side, the driver was able to get the car here 2 days earlier than anticipated avoiding a weekday delivery and time away from work. Because the transportation unit was small he did climb into my car via the window without warning me to back the car out. Not something I recommend for a car door that is 42 years old.

My overall experience is positive and I would not be as happy without Gilbert's extra customer service.
