I think the overall service in the end was good. In the beginning I felt there was a delay in the actual date I wanted the vehicle picked up, but I had to keep in mind that because of the route (New York to Texas) there was a short waiting period for when the car carrier came through that week. My contact person, Gilbert was very nice, professional and did his best to speed things up. The truck driver that delivered my vehicle to Texas was also very helpful and kept me well informed as to the whereabouts of my vehicle. I would use this transport company again and would also recommend them to others. They work with you to accomodate your needs.
