We would highly recommend D & G Auto Transport Enterprises. Danny was fantastic! In the middle of winter, following a death in the family, we needed to ship my mother-in-laws car from CT to LA, we received a million quotes and phone calls and emails. This became very daunting as we were constantly to horror stories and warned to make sure we went with a trusted service, how were we supposed to know who was trusted? After receiving quotes D&G was sat in the middle, not too cheap that it seemed dodgy but not so expensive that we were breaking the bank. We were a little concerned because at the time D&G didnt have very many reviews, all great reviews but not heaps. Danny had sent us a really nice email and when we called he answered the phone which was a lovely change from the switchboard girls I had been dealing with. the thing that really sealed the deal on our decision was a review we had read which said Danny had kept them well informed during the transport about how everything was going. Our situation was unique in that I organised the transport for a week after we left CT and would be out of the country during the whole process. My mother-in-law was in LA when the vehicle was picked-up from CT, she was notified prior to pick-up that a driver had been hired and once the vehicle was on the rode she was given updates. She was a little concerned as the transport occurred just prior to a storm but was reassured that everything was on track for arrival at the delivery time. When the vehicle was delivered Danny was very kind to inform be that everything was complete which I really appreciated. My mother-in-law was very impressed with the professionalism of the driver, she said he was very kind and that the car was in perfect condition which is always a bit of a scare in a situation like this. Overall we had a wonderful experience with D&G Auto Transport and would use them again in a heart beat if we were ever to transport a car again which we hope we dont have to do!!
