Over 2 months and STILL don't have it!

Initially sent a truck without enough room, even though we gave them the dimensions. Seller went on vacation, so pickup then had to be scheduled around this because of their initial error. Finally made it to their hub in Wisconsin after almost one month, then sat at the hub for almost another. We're heading into our third month, and delivery was rescheduled yet again today. The "customer service" sucks, they don't contact you, you have to call them for info, then when you get the info it's more than likely wrong.
I wouldn't hire these people to haul trash to the dump.
