David was quick to answer phone calls and emails. The driver kept both me and the pickup contact well informed. *The only reason pickup was late was due to a big storm that had blown down some trees. The driver contacted us to schedule a change.* The bike was delivered in a nicely enclosed trailer, and the driver kept me in the loop as to delivery time. And he was friendly enough that the pickup contact ended up chatting with him for some time. I'd call back DZ9 again in a heartbeat, the price was far better than any of the quotes I received, and the service was exceptional. Thanks David! Ill be calling you again!
