I had never shipped a car before and had heard horror stories. After I made my online inquiry, I received a call from Kathy. She was very courteous and professional. She followed up and was available for questions. I paid a little extra for quicker delivery but, even so, the total price seemed to compare with the regular price of others. The delivery was well within the time I expected and the driver kept me informed during the trip. I would not hesitate to use DZ9 again.
