I can't say enough wonderful things about DNA Auto Transport. They were prompt, efficient and extremely responsive. Most of the cross-country auto transport companies I contacted to get quotes never phoned or emailed me back, and were also far more expensive. Eileen was truly amazing!!! She solved a huge dilemma for me. Six weeks earlier, I had reserved another auto transport company that gave me what I thought was a good deal. At the time I didn't know about DNA Auto Transport. Nor did I know there were scam artists in the auto shipping business. The night before the company was supposed to pick up my car, I received a text saying they had NO drivers available. PLUS, they said in order to get a driver for me, I'd need to pay triple the original quote!! I cancelled the contract right away and went back to Square One to find a different company. That's when I discovered DNA Auto Transport. Eileen picked up the phone immediately. I explained my story and she said I could count on her to solve my problem. Within two hours, she found a driver who could do my route, AND who came the very same day! She texted me all along the way to keep me informed about when he'd arrive and how my car was doing during the trip. Plus, the fee was extremely reasonable, and she gave me a discount on top of that. I was incredibly grateful and relieved. I knew my car was in good hands and that it would be safe. If you want the job done fast and for a fair price, I urge you to call Eileen!!! These folks are the real thing -- honest and hard-working and very knowledgeable. They will give you the best service out there!
