Eileen made this process stress free! This was the first time I had my car shipped and I had been worried about the process. Eileen was not only attentive but friendly and very helpful when shipping my car from Upstate New York to Florida! She gave me a very good quote and stuck by it while keeping in contact with me throughout the whole process including tracking my vehicle. She was easy to reach via phone and even via text after hours to answer any questions I had. The car arrived within 4 days and was in perfect condition! I haven't had such great customer service in a long time, I would recommend DNA Auto Transports to anyone looking to move their car and I would definitely recommend asking for Eileen.
