This was my first experience having a car transported. My initial contact by a different broker was not taken as that broker did not call back in the time stated: not good. So I moved on and contacted DNA Auto Transport and was thoroughly elated by the pleasant and informative manner in which Eileen conducted the transaction. A call back the next day confirmed a pick-up date at a price of $415.
We arranged to have the pickup done at a nearby mall as our retirement community roads were too narrow and dead-ended for ease of maneuvering the rig. All worked well and the driver, Kevin, instilled confidence that care would be taken throughout the delivery process.
End result: a most satisfying and pleasant experience from the first phone call to the delivery and follow-up phone call to check on satisfaction with the experience.
