This is my first time ever shipping out my car, and of course it is even more nerve-wrecking for a 21 year old college student to move from the East coast to the West coast on my own. Eileen did a great job communicating with me. Because it was my first time I had contacted her almost three months prior to the time I needed to ship out my car. Throughout the three months I can definitely say I was nothing less of a nuisance. I was wishy washy because I was so nervous about my car and I asked her questions almost every day throughout the last several months. She was sweet and understanding that I was uneasy and she answered all my questions and constantly reminded me that I was in good hands. From start to finish she did a great job in making me feel secure and that I could trust this company. If I or anyone I know ever need to ship out a car I will not hesitate to use this company over and over again. 2 thumbs up!
