I emailed DIY at 6:30 am after another broker failed us miserably the day before. Not only was the driver a no-show for pickup; it was literally impossible to make contact with that broker by phone, email or text. They were suddenly unreachable! Gary from DIY phoned me at 7:03 am; and within two hours we had the entire transport from Pa to Calif arranged, including a call from our driver scheduling pickup for 8am the next morning. From that point on everything went perfectly. Our car arrived in Calif at the exact time promised in perfect condition. I can't say enough about the excellent service provided by Gary and the entire DIY team. They were always just a phone call or email away!!
