Damaged my car, did not take responsibility, used uninsured transporter - still no response

As the subject line says -- contrary to their contract promise, DIY hired an uninsured trucking company to ship my car across country. The car arrived with a badly damaged windshield, which required replacement. Neither the trucker nor DIY will return my calls or give me information about filing an insurance claim with their insurance companies. Buyer beware, these guys are a fraud.
