I needed to move from the North east down to the South. I planned on auto transporting my car but I was hesitant since I read many different reviews on the process. I called DIY Transport number and was transferred and spoke to Brandon. Brandon was very helpful in figuring out the best plan for my car. He was open and honest reminding me that they are contracting to trucking companies and how the process worked. He also reiterated that nothing can be guaranteed, but he would try his best to find a company to meet my pick up date request. I paid approximately $250 more for a two-day pick up window and I was called within a week and half with a trucking company that was willing to transport my car. That company was A1 transport. This company came on the day I needed them to, picked up my car, and I received it within 4-5 days. There was no damage to my car and the trucking company kept me informed about my car delivery from pick up. This whole process was smooth and I would recommend DIY transport to anyone who needs to move their car a long distance. Please ask for Brandon, he is definitely one of the reasons why the process went so well!
