Nathaniel J was very pleasant to work with. He was straightforward about the process and what to expect. I had initially contacted another company and had waited several days with zero word about a pick-up date. My vehicle was picked-up with 24 hours of contacting DIY. Delivery was expedient, too. Cost was as estimated and reasonable.
