I've shipped cars before. Chose DIY this time, as the price was competitive and the service was acceptable. Communication wasn't the best - never got phone calls (as requested and promised) 1 hr prior to pick up or delivery and the driver was annoyed when I showed up 5 min. late. Had to call several times to get updates. Pick up/delivery times kept changing which was frustrating as I need to coordinate a ride to pick up my car. Drive was very gruff and drove my car off the truck with a huge grease stain on his shirt that was transferred to my clean ivory car seat!! Luckily I was able to clean it off. They would not accept at $50 off coupon they texted me! Thank you to Tiffany who was very helpful in tracking things down when I needed an update. But overall, transportation companies are mostly all the same. I would recommend DIY to others and use again.
