I was extremely nervous hiring a company to transport our car. So many horror stories about scams. Gary assured me from day one that I had nothing to worry about. He was true to his word on his quoted price with no surprise fees. He was a man of his word, I booked months in advance. He regularly kept in contact with me and always backed up his verbal communication with a follow up email. He explained the process and it was seamless. Very thankful as for this car was for my parents who lost their cars is Hurricane Harvey. Highly recommend DIY and Gary Nichols.
