I spoke with Brandon who said hed find me a driver with in a week. I gave him my card info but then found a company who was able to find a driver and pick up my car the next day.. I called Brandon and told him I will be cancelling with DIY. He was a little upset but there was nothing he could do. A few days later DIY charged my card $125. I was unaware of a cancellation fee as Brandon never mentioned it. I have called countless times to try to get my money back and I am either ignored or given the run around by them. I didnt sign any electronic documents or agree to any fees, which is why Im so pissed. They pretty much stole my money and wont even give me an explanation.
