Did Not Do What Was Quoted

These are the facts...and I never want to give a poor review

I was told my vehicle would be picked up on December 29th...and it was finally picked up on January 17th

I was to pay 750.00 dollars for the service it ended up costing me 950.00.

The day I was scheduled for pickup, I never received a call to let me know it would not happen, and to make it worse I could not get a return call after many messages left, and with caller id she would not take my calls.

I was told by a manager that this price and pickup should have never been quoted and the time with the holidays make it almost impossible to have it done. If I was told from the beginning I would have been okay with this, but with the extremely poor communication on their part I got very frustrated and had to leave my vehicle with a friend to help with the pickup since I had already left the state!.

I seemed to have to beg to get my transaction done finally, so please be honest with your bids in the future. People can understand if a mistake is made...but to say nothing only made it worse!!
