I didn't have much of a lead time.
I didn't have much in the way of cash.
I didn't have a lot of flexibility in when I needed an inoperative car picked up & moved from SD to IL.
The other company in FL whom I started contacting December 2015 just orphaned me.

I needed help right now, quick, fast & in a hurry. Yes I was frantic, nervous & totally convinced that no one would be able to help me.

I found the Wonder Woman of the auto transport kingdom- TerriAnn Medeiros.

I found this transport reviews.com place again after a long while, put in my info- DIY Transport came up along with a few other Bronze companies. But after reading the reviews I just knew this HAD to be the one. I needed GOLD. Thanks to TerriAnn, gold was what I got.

We talked on the phone, I told her my urgency & the little time I had to work with. After giving her scout's honor that I wouldn't go with anyone else, a thunderstorm clap & some trumpets, she turned it all around to where she would work with the amount I had saved, get the car moved with the time frame left to work with AND all I needed was to give her $100 over the phone to get it all moving. She worked feverishly every day until she found a driver. Being honest, I didn't even give her two FULL weeks & she performed the miracle of moving. When she called me to say she got a driver, all the stress melted away. I could go on holiday without worrying if I'm gonna make it back home and my car is still left in SD. She reassured me the whole process would be seamless.

And it was.

One thing I truly just loved about TerriAnn, is that she kept it straight up real!! There were no two way mirrors, no smoke screens. It was totally real. I admire someone that knows their job backwards & forwards & can walk the walk too.

See, some people can make you a gazillion promises. They'll tell you what they know you wanna hear. They'll paint a pretty picture and assure you what you see is what you get. Then the storm clouds of darkness appears- you're chopped & screwed. Some places will smile until money is exchanged then you wonder if you'll ever get the help you asked for.

But because of TerriAnn & DIY Transport, I was able to get what I asked for without failure. Honestly speaking, I will say this is the Cadillac of auto transport. I took a leap of faith with this company. I landed in comfy grass instead of quicksand.

So for those that like to read reviews before contacting a transport company, please give TerriAnn & DIY Transport a chance to win you over. TerriAnn bailed my tail out of a difficult situation like it was second nature to her. She can do it for you too.

She is not only "the bomb", but she is the TRUE "Wonder Woman of Auto Transport". If I could give 10 stars I most certainly would!!

Honorable Mention: I called one day and a woman with a beautiful voice named Gail answered the phone. She could be a radio announcer in my opinion!!

So thank you all for a wonderful and memorable experience. It was my first time having a car moved anywhere. Now I know exactly where to go if/when I need to do this again. YAY for everyone!!!
