I was very skeptical of any car delivery service or broker after reading various reviews of other companies. I called 15-20 different places with prices that varied by $500 which was more confusing. I called DIY Transport and spoke to Lindsay who was not pushy and even talked to the transporter direct and verified the cost before calling me back with a quote. This was only one step where she went the extra mile. Follow up phone calls,texts and e-mails. The transporter was just as professional with on time pick up and delivery. I called him twice with a question and he always answered. You can tell that he like Lindsey really like what they do. It makes a big difference and earns any follow up business from me. By the way DIY was also the cheapest rate I found. Great job ....Thanks !!!

Frank, thank you for a wonderful review. You are correct about Lindsay she is the Top Gun of our sales force, and in combination with our customer service and dispatch departments this is why DIY stands out in the auto shipping industry. We evaluate all carriers to make sure they comply with our very high standards.
