Fantastic experience, no hesitation in recommending DIY

My most difficult time was deciding who to do business with; I had researched several brokers and carriers. Once I found DIY, I checked their BB review etc and I then knew they were the one - if someone had to disappoint me it would have to be them as I was not about to search any further.

Every step of my experience with DIY was positive. I had a number of questions about the process when I called them, but my agent Angel preempted most of these questions, a sure sign that I was dealing with a knowledgeable and straightforward company that understood the customers’ concerns.

The trucker/driver had good communication, was punctual, professional and we even laughed like old friends before he took the vehicle away. The vehicle was delivered in Las Vegas one day ahead of expectation (a good thing as it saved me a day’s rental). The delivery was seamless, driver called me 3 hours away, 1 hour away, 15 minutes away - excellent communication and good timing. I was 10 minutes from a registered truck stop so we met there for mutual convenience.

Final cost was exactly as indicated, no hidden fees, car was in good condition - one trip to the car wash and it was on the road. I highly recommend this company. I have no incentive from them to write this. It’s always easy to write about bad service, I believe when one gets the opposite it’s equally important to share. I would absolutely use this company again!!
