Danielle and all other contact persons are friendly, fast, knowledgeable and willing to help. They are quick to respond via emails or text. They explained things as they are and the information is very helpful for me to not stay overly anxious about the whole shipping process given that I cannot release the car myself. I am very satisfied with the service. They were able to accommodate my needs and left me no hassle at all.
