I've shipped 6 cars previously and always dread the process. But diy did a great job. Lindsay was straightforward and let me tweak the price since my schedule was flexible. I always felt like she was working with me instead of for the truckers. Car was delivered 24 hours after pickup and she checked to make sure everything went good. Will use them again.
