This was a really bad experience. Do your research. We placed the order April 27 to move an RV. To make a long story short, they ran the credit card for the full amount, yet never delivered the goods. They had called 8 May to say it would be delivered May 11, that day came and went with no delivery. When we called the next day, it was like speaking to a bunch of morons. We left messages with supervisors, who never returned calls, The customer service department gave you the sense, they had their hands tied and they were worthless. This company was operating very poorly. My sense is they low balled the price, had trouble finding someone to so the delivery and were just winging it, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY under any circumstances.
