Vehicle picked up from residence Jun 13, sitting at a storage yard until 8 July to be shipped to Port in California, when it should be in the Port of Hilo by now. Have shipped with other companies and did not have this kind of experience. Until now has been nothing but excuses and no results, and no offer of reimbursement on car rental. I would advise anyone not to do business with this company
