When I decided to ship my car, I knew absolutely nothing about the process. After using a website that searches for the best quotes, I received about 15 calls from random companies which was super overwhelming, and I happened to answer a call from Wayne Richards with Crystal Car. Thank god I did!!! He was so transparent about the process and was willing to explain everything to me in detail, and throughout the process he provided amazing customer service. My car was picked up in Houston and dropped off in Los Angeles 3 days later! There were some minor complications on the carrier end, but after speaking to Wayne he was able to help me sort things out in a flash and everything went smoothly. Can’t recommend enough!!
