I had no issues. The process was really simple and easy. Another plus is that it was door to door service, so I didn't have to go and drop it off anywhere or pick it up. My car came back in the same condition that I left it with, (just a little dustier, which is expected traveling cross country). I would definitely recommend to my friends and family.
