I needed to transfer my car from Illinois to California. As I searched the BBB website I came across Cruise Control Auto Transportation. Hesitantly I called their number. After speaking with Andrew, I felt comfortable as he thoroughly explained the transportation process to me, but, I was still a little skeptical, so I did more research. Cruise Control Auto Transportation had excellent reviews, so I decided to use their service and I am so glad that I did. My vehicle was picked up for transportation as promised, however, the delivery time turned out to be earlier than expected, which worked out to be great for me. Working with Andrew was an extremely pleasant experience. I will use Cruise Control Auto Transportation again and I highly recommend them. The driver of the company used to transport my vehicle was also great and provided excellent customer service. My job required me to travel and I was not sure whether I would be available to receive my vehicle upon delivery. However, I kept in contact with the Alex the driver who gave me an estimated time of delivery which made it possible for me to arrange my schedule to receive my vehicle. Thank you Alex for responding to my calls in a timely manner.
