Poor Communication / Service

I've shipped several vehicles in the past, and so I understand the logistics, coordination and timetables involved. When I put this shipment out for bid I received over a dozen responses. Unfortunately, the broker I chose promised more than he was capable of delivering.

If you expect to stay informed about your pickup, and delivery dates, then choose someone other than Cruise Control and OIG. This was without question the worst customer experience I've ever had with a transporter. No communication unless I chased them down. Late delivery, and no notification on when the vehicle would arrive or where it was.

Too many other choices available, no need to deal with poor customer service!
