I was advised to contact carriers directly and not pay a fee to an agent. I'm very happy I ignored that advice. I felt Cruise Control's fee was money well spent. Andrew was very communicative and was happy to work with me as I could not ship the vehicle right away and had to wait for the buyer to arrive in Kansas to receive it. He arranged for a reputable carrier to pick up the car and they delivered it from Maryland to Kansas in less than 24 hours. He even arranged for a minimal extra payment to the carrier for me to pack the car with spare parts.
