I shipped a car from Utah to Florida, with little notice. I didn't have any time to research, so I signed up with a web site to have some quotes sent to me. I was bombarded by calls and e-mails from brokers, many of whom wouldn't answer my questions or who changed their stories and quotes in the middle of my initial conversations with them.
Andrew Stall left a very polite voice mail, and then followed up with a call. He was by far the most personable and open of any of the shippers. And when I called him back, he stuck to his quote and reiterated the same information. When I finally called back to confirm the deal, I had my paperwork within moments. The information on the paperwork was correct. Every I had been dotted and T had been crossed.
In addition, he managed to arrange for pick-up within 24 hours!! He provided the name of the shipping company, driver and mobile phone within an hour of pick-up confirmation. And the car was a day early on the Florida side.
Andrew always answered the phone. I only dealt with Andrew (he didn't hand me off to anyone). His information was true and correct. The driver was professional and the entire transaction went off without a hitch!
In a nutshell, not only would I recommend Cruise Control Auto Transport, they are the only service I'll use from now on.
