This was my first time transporting my vehicle and i was overwhelmed with phone calls from brokers. I spoke with a representative by the name of Shanta who was very nice and reassuring. She explained how everything worked and was upfront with me. I received a phone call from Phil in dispatch, he then provided with all the information to the driver and got my vehicle pickup in the time frame i was looking for. Overall it was a great experience with Crowley and i couldn't be any happier. I will definitely use them in the future.
