Do not ever expect to get your vehicle back after Crowley picks it up.
Review: This is my second posting as Crowley has apparently had it removed from this site. Sean Crowly, how about keeping this one on and even posting on your own site. Crowley contracted with us to pick up my sons car in the San Diego, CA Area to be picked up 12/28/09. When the car was not picked up on time, I called on 12/29/09 and did not receive a call back, even though I was personally guaranteed a return call. Received a call from another carrier that has been apparenty subconracted to transport car. They did pick up that day. Starting with December 31, 2009 I logged on to crowleyautotransport.com to track my sons car transport. What a joke, this section of their website does not work. After several emails and several calls, I finally got ahold of John on 654-653-8009 and he was to find out where the car was at and he did not call back as agreed. I again had to be the one to call. In other words, this company has now lost 4 vehicles that they intrusted to another carrier and they are now considered stolen. Yes, we apparently will never see that car again. DO NOT USE THIS CARRIER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES IF YOU EVER WANT TO SEE THAT VEHICLE AGAIN. Brian, John, Madison maybe you will leave this one on the site and even list it on your own. Not everyone is pleased with your service.

THIS IS A FAIR AND EQUITABLE ASSESSMENT OF THE SITUATION AS IT STOOD AT THE TIME IT WAS ORIGINALLY WRITTEN. I HAVE ADJUSTED THE RATING UP FOR CROWLEY BUT NOT FOR encore logistics.

Encore logistics is not to be trusted. Also have know found out the Encore Logistics and DK Logistics are one and the same company.
