Experience with Crowley Transport

In researching auto transport "brokers", I learned that the major difference in the price of transport by reputable brokers was the broker's fee. I decided two days before Thanksgiving to use Crowley whose quote to me was $724 and they had a carrier who could pick up for us on Thanksgiving Day! Their fee was supposed to be $149 but when the carrier wanted $600, they reduced their fee to $124 so that our total cost remained as quoted. The only "hitch" on the CA end was that to get the car in five days, my daughter had to pick it up at the delivery storage site rather than wait a few more days for delivery to her door. All in all, it was a smooth experience. Future Auto Transport, the carrier that Crowley contracted with, did their part smoothly, as well.
