Follow up on bad experience

I posted a negative review last night regarding my experience with Crowley Auto Shipping. First thing this morning I received an email from Sean Crowley regarding my review. He was very apologetic and embarrassed about the situation because he was unaware of the problem. He asked me to call him to personally tell him what transpired during the delivery of my car. After I spoke with him he could not have been nicer...he immediately told me he was overnighting a refund to me and would get to the bottom of what happened. During my conversation with him it is my belief that the carrier that he contracted with, Pioneer Covered Transport, is the problem. When I spoke with the driver on numerous occassions during those 4 days I was told my car was the last to be delivered. When the driver picked up my car the driver had 9 cars on the carrier and told my husband ours would be the 3rd one off. When he delivered my car there was another car on the truck still to be dropped off. I don't know if the driver picked more cars up and dropped them off on the way but his stories do not match up. I am extremely pleased with the way Sean is handling this and I understand in today's world unfortunate things happen. I believe the way a company handles the problem defines the integrity and principals of that company so for that I would definitely use Sean Crowley's company again.
