James was OUTSTANDING. I contacted James on 25 Oct 10, and told him I needed my son car transported from Quantico VA to Warren Michigan by 5 Nov 10. We took care of the paperwork(contract) and James said he would start working on a pick up date and time. This all started about 9:30 am on 25 Oct 10. James communitcated very very well by e-mail it never took him more than 10 minutes to get back to me on a question I had(and I e-mailed quite a bit). By 10 minutes till three, James contacted me by e-mail and said he could transport the car from Quantico, VA to Warren, Mi and I would have the car on Tuesday morning. WOW what a turn around. The driver contacted me at 8:30am Tuesday 26 Oct 10, and said he would be there by 9:10 am, and guess what?? HE WAS right on the nose, he pulled up, unloaded the car, we paid him, (and by the way the driver, was very nice) and that is the end of a very happy customer.
The cost for this transport was $400.00.

I would HIGHLY recommend James and his company Cross Over Auto Transport to all my friend and family who would need to transport port their car cross country
