I filled out a form online to which James Randolph of Crossover Auto Transport personally replied. The price quoted was not the least expensive but I contacted him because I had a price in mind thatI was willing to pay for transport which was $100 less than he had originally quoted. He informed me that he felt certain he could get the car transported for the price I was willing to pay. He dropped a portion of his fee to get this price for me. Instead of a credit card, I mailed him a money order for his portion of the transport fee. I faxed him the transport application with the money order attached to show him I had indeed purchased the money order. He started looking for transport for me immediately after getting the fax and actually had someone to transport the car for me within 48 hours. The car was already on the way here before he even had the money order from me in hand. He went out of his way on so many fronts to expedite this for me. There is no way I'll ever consider using a different person to arrange transport for me. James Randolph is one of those rare people that actually cares about what he's doing for the customer. I look forward to using his service again.
