A Great Experience with Crossover Auto Transport!

I contacted James Randolph at Crossover Auto Transport after hearing recommendations from a friend who works at an Infiniti car dealership. He assured me that Crossover provides quick and friendly delivery at a VERY affordable price. Naturally, I went in with high expectations, but Crossover's level of service FLOORED me.

I called James on Thursday morning inquiring about transportation. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, answering all my questions about safety and security of the vehicle during transport. On top of that, he offered the lowest quote of any shipping company I had spoken to. Within a few hours, James called me back with great news: that a truck could pick up my car the following morning! Naturally, I agreed and said goodbye to my Audi no more than 24 hours after first speaking with James. That's what I call quick service.

The driver who picked up the vehicle was also very thorough - he was careful loading the car onto the transport, and he inspected the entire vehicle prior to loading it. The transport was also very clean and looked to be fairly new (a big plus). Within a week, the car was delivered in Wyoming to it's new owners. They were pleased with the timeliness, and the car was delivered in the exact condition as when it left.

Overall, I am very pleased with Crossover, and will definitely be doing business with James in the near future. He's a very friendly guy, and he will bend over backwards to make sure you are happy with the company's service. Definitely give him a call if you need to ship a car FROM anywhere TO anywhere - I guarantee he'll find a truck sooner than you think! :-)
