OK - so James does promptly answer emails I'll give them that. However in our case the emails were mostly to string us along. Bottom line is we felt very misled and deceived with both Crossover Transport and one of their carriers EP Express. After literally putting our lives on hold (canceling a long-standing vacation even) for several days waiting for a simple pickup for a small sedan we finally got fed up and cancelled... They act like they are doing YOU a favor and not the fact that you are a paying customer giving them business. I will never use or recommend their services again.
