This is one of the worst trucking companies out there. They should be out of business. They under quote their shipments. The customer service is horrible(Ana). I was given a 1 to 8 day window frame. I was told that I would receive a call over the weekend of my shipment, because they were behind. (no call) Everytime that I would call, they said that my order was still processing. They lie and do not return phone calls. I called and spoke with a supervisor (Angel) who was not helpful. I asked to have a call returned to me by the owner being that no one in the office could help me. I am still waiting for his call. If this is the kind of company he is running......he needs to CLOSE!!!!!!! I was warned about them by another competitor, but I had already given them my deposit so I thought that they would follow through....they were horrible.
