Never had such bad service in my life

The company promised window of 1-8 days for pick up. Never showed up. Called them and very hard to get them on the phone. Never reply emails either. Waited for 10 days and I had to cancel my order and drove the car by myself.

Had been trying to get in touch with Angel in the past two months trying to get my $50 refund back (of course they wouldn't give a $150 full refund even they never served us as they promised and advertised). Finally got in touch with Angel in May and she said that I was going to receive the refund in a few days. Never got the refund. Will keep trying.

Just wondering if there's a way to file a complaint or if there's a legal way to get my money back? It's not a lot of money, but I feel being cheated and something needs to be done so other people won't have the same horrible experience like I did.
