Crossover will rip you off!

At the time I signed their contract, I made it perfectly clear to Crossover that I needed my car picked up any time within the next two weeks as I would be flying from California to Louisiana (and thereafter would not be physically present to coordinate the pickup of the car). I emailed them for a status update several days before I was due to fly out and got no reply. I called a few times and spoke to Angel. Angel is very adept at 'putting you off' (excuse making). She would promise to call with an update the next day but never did. I was forced to cancel my order and find another company that could expedite my order (at a cost). Crossover kept the $150 deposit. I disputed the charge with my credit card company - to no avail. I contacted the Better Business Bureau, also to no avail.
I have never written an online review before but, in this case, felt the need to warn others of the crooked nature of Crossover Transport. I honestly believe that they set out to rip people off by keeping their $150 deposits. I strongly urge you not to use this company under any circumstances.
