IF YOU HAVE HAD PROBLEMS WITH COMPANY, CONTACT THE FOLLOWING FLORIDA NUMBERS, SO THAT THEY CAN'T RIP ANYBODY ELSE OFF:

ATTORNEY GENERAL: (850) 414-3300
CONSUMER PROTECTION AGENCY: (850) 488-2221
CONSUMER AFFAIRS: (954) 357-5350

Unfortunately, car transportation is not regulated by Florida law, which is why these people get away with ripping off people on a regular basis. So if you want to be heard, I suggest filing a report XXXI've learned that a few have already been filed with this company, but not enough to shut them down at the moment. They need more people to file a complaint.

This company is a broker, though they don't explicitly advertise themselves as such. Had I known, I would have never have fallen for their "lowball pricing." They don't live up to their end of the contract (which upon closer inspection, doesn't even look legal). They will not refund my $150.00 deposit, because they claim that my car was "scheduled" for pickup, when in fact, they NEVER called me 24 hours in advance as said in contract and advertisement. BIG MESS! WASTE OF TIME! DISHONEST! Due to "miscommunication" car was not picked up. Then they found another driver, who refused to pick up my car because of ridiculously low price. Again, nothing was actually "scheduled." So no refund XXXjust unprofessional and RUDE customer service! They blame the customer for signing a contract that they can't live up to, especially when dealing with cars outside of Florida. I'm pretty sure this family works out of their house. I had to deal with some girl named Belyani that wouldn't call me back or let me know what was going on for days, had I not called them!
