They never called me back, they never let me know when someone would pick up my car. Finally I realized that I would be home for christmas before anyone would come get my car and had to drive home instead. When I cancelled my order, they finally contacted trucking companies, and told me it would cost an additional $200. The truckers told me that this company was a pain to work with. I would never use them again.
