The vehicle wasn’t picked up within the 8 days like promised. I continued to get the run around for another 2 or 3 weeks before I contacted a different shipper. The order was canceled and of course it was pointed out that out of the $150 paid $100 of it was administrative fees while only $50 is considered a deposit. They advertise that the deposit is 100% refundable, but you better read the fine print. Once they receive your money there is little incentive to get your vehicle moved, because the rest of the money goes to the mover and they get to keep 2/3 of the money no matter what happens. In my case it has been 2 weeks now since I cancelled and still haven’t seen even my $50 refund. When I call I’m told the finance guy isn’t there. Originally I was told it would be credited to my account the day I cancelled the order.

Don’t use Crossover it is a SCAM.
