Beginning with contact with Crossover Auto Transoprt all communications were clear and the required contract documents were sent via e'mail in a timely manner. The contracts were faxed back to Crossover and they called to confirm that they had received documents and within a short time provided a pick up date. The sub-contractor called promptly to confirm the pick up date and time. The sub-contractor was very easy to work with and adjusted his schedule to fit my travel plans. I needed him to hold the cars after pick up to allow me time to travel to the destination so that I would be there for the delivery. We were able to work out a plan allowing for my travel time. When I arrived at the destination I had time to rest and arrange for payment funds (bank money orders or certified check is required). The cars arrived on time right according to the plan we had decided on. There was no damage to the cars and the cost $2490.00 for three inoperable cars was one of the best quotes I had received. This was excellent experience and I would use Crossover again.
