HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.........NEVER USE IT............VERY RUDE DRIVER....
I dont have a habit of writing reviews.....but this service was so horrible...i had to write one for the very first time...
These guys will call you and try to commit your quote on phone with credit card....they will say all the nice things like driver on the same route is waiting for pick up ...blah..blah.....after that the drive will never show up....in my case he called after 7 days...that too he will keep saying tomorrow and finally it will be 10 days.....after the pick up...the driver will not keep you posted. they told me they have a real time GPS tracking for the truck and there is none.....
I called the driver and he keeps saying he will be there on a particular day and he doesnt show up..he will keep delaying for couple days from the orriginal date.....i said to myself...its not possible to time the trip exactly...as this is not FEDEX.
Now comes the worst part...the driver calls me without notice and tells me he will be there in one hour. I was at work and told him to wait couple of hours. He says he cant wait and starts yelling....he is the rudest person i had ever come across ......By the time i went for pick up after couple of hours....he was shouting ...using all the combinations of F* words...it became really nasty...... This is the most horrible service....the driver doesnt give a damn abt the truck company and the transport company didt pick up the phone at that moment....the transport company lied to me by saying that they owned the trucks....after that i called them and explained...they told me they cant do anything and cant refund the deposit ....
ontop of that ... there were oil and grease stains all over the drivers seat...when i asked about it the driver bluntly lied saying that they were pre exisitng....
The only good reviews for this company are the ones that were posted by themselves.......
so if you are reading this review after making the payment..be prepared for the worst experience otherwise stay away from this company even if they offer it for free......
